Most armor is done in 1/2" rings with a wire thickness of 1/16" made out of stainless steel. Bronze can be used upon request - same ring and wire sizes.
My sizing assumes a person of about 5'6, to 6' tall about 150-180 lbs, with a 40" chest). The shirt with 3" sleeves is like a standard T-shirt. It is 25-27" from the top of the shoulder to waist level. It is approx. an additional $150-$200 to add another foot on the bottom of the shirt to make it to thigh level. Also additional pricing for larger girth, etc, since it requires more rings.
